Yogesh Jain:
M.Tech. in Futures
Studies & Planning and B.E. (Mech.) Yogesh is the founder of
Niche. He is in the league for the since 1993. He is Lead Auditor for
ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004, HACCP, ISO:27001:2005 and Auditor for
TS 16949:2002. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He has been
instrumental in implementation of all these systems for several
companies. He has developed knack at documentation and implementation
using his industry wide exposure in Engineering, Pharmaceutical,
Food, Foundry, Wire Drawing, Service Industry like Schools,
Hospitals.
He has been visiting faculty for M.Tech. in Futures Studies & Planning,
Masters in International Business, etc. He is active in various
forums in Indore like Indore Management Association, FQC, Clarity,
Industry-Institute relationships and various trend related seminar,
studies, discussion that are carried out.

Ramnendra Mandloi:
M.Tech.
from IIT, Delhi and B.E.(Mech.) from SGSITS, Indore. He is a
certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He has exposures in
Automotive industry of over 15 years with industry majors like Tata,
Mahindra and Mahindra and Hindustan Motors (now AVTEC). Before
joining hands with Niche Consultants he headed Quality Assurance
Function with Kirloskar Brothers Ltd. He has been instrumental in
getting TS 16949 for these organizations in record time with the
World’s Best Certifying Agencies, including holding positions as
Management Representative for ISO 9001, 14001, TS16949. He is
Certified auditor for TS 16949, Lead auditor for ISO 14001 and
certified auditor for CII Exim Award (Business Excellence Model based
on TQM model of European Federation of Quality Management).

Dr. Gopal Prakash:
Ph.D. in Medicinal
plants, he has exposures in WHO GMP, USFDA. He has experience with
Dabur, Mehta Pharmaceutical, and consulting exposures with world
pharmaceutical majors. He has facilitated audits of customers and
regulatory bodies on his client’s premises on regular basis. He is
presently Chief Technology Officer of a leading pharmaceutical API
Manufacturer.

Murugan Subramaniam:
Bachelor in Electric and
Electronics Engineering from University Of Science Malaysia (2002).
From 2002-2004 he worked with Tru-Tech Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd -
Dealing in Panasonic cordless phones, as a Quality Engineer. From
2004-2005 he worked with Jurong Hi-Tech (M) Sdn Bhd - Dealing in
Motorola handphone PCBA and Final assembly as Senior Quality Engineer.
Since 2005 he is working with First Engineering Plastics (M) Sdn Bhd
- Dealing in plastic parts for HP computer hard disc, printers, mouse
and plastics as Customer Service Engineer.

Ritu Jain:
An MCM from
Indore. She is in consulting mainly handling training including
designing of training material, consulting many resources and back
office issues. She has successfully managed Training Centers as
Centre Manager for a three year period in late 90’s. She has
successfully completed Internal Auditor Training Program. She has
also worked as a head of computer department in a higher secondary
school for 6 years.

Amit U Jain:
An astute professional
(An engineer with post graduation in Management) with 13 years of
qualitative experience in Business Development, General
Administration and Running of Profit Center in IT & Financial
Services. He has in-depth knowledge of e-business and processes
adopted in service sector. He is the Chief Executive Officer,
Infosoft TechNet Private Limited – An Indian IT Company focused on
providing applications and web-based software development. Infosoft
is considered to be a pioneer in the field of mobile messaging
simulation. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt and LA: ISO 27001:2005.
